By accessing and using PawGuardian Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Services

PawGuardian provides a curated pet-care marketplace connecting pet owners with verified caregivers ("Guardians"). We facilitate matching, payment, and communication but are not the direct provider of pet care services.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, treat Guardians with respect, and comply with all applicable laws. Pet owners are responsible for providing complete pet care instructions.

4. Guardian Responsibilities

Guardians must maintain active verification status, provide agreed-upon services with care, send regular updates, and report any concerns immediately.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through our platform. Pricing is per day as listed on the Pricing page. Payment is required after Guardian acceptance to confirm a booking.

6. Cancellation

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on cancellation terms, timelines, and refund eligibility.

7. Liability

PawGuardian facilitates connections between pet owners and Guardians. While we vet all Guardians, we are not liable for actions taken by Guardians or pets during bookings.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only what is necessary to provide our services.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
