How We Review Every Guardian
A clear, honest look at how Guardians join PawGuardian Hub, the checks we perform, and the mandatory introduction before any booking is finalized.
Mandatory Photographic ID
Every Guardian must submit a valid photographic ID (Iqama, national ID, or passport) to complete registration. A Guardian cannot finish their application without it.
Profile Review & Approval
Our team reviews each Guardian profile and assesses suitability before approving them for bookings. Administrative approval is separate from registration.
Service-Specific Eligibility
Approval is granted per service. Guardians are approved only for the services they are assessed to deliver, from daily visits to home boarding.
Visual Home Assessments
For home boarding, we take additional steps to assess the suitability of the Guardian hosting environment, via photographs, a video call, or an in-person visit where arranged. We describe an assessment as an in-person inspection only when one has actually occurred.
Mandatory Customer–Guardian Introduction
Before any booking is finalized, you and the proposed Guardian connect directly to discuss your pet's needs and confirm mutual comfort. This introduction is a required part of every booking.
Ongoing Standards
Guardians may be suspended or removed if standards are not met. Only administrators approve, upgrade, downgrade, or suspend Guardians.
We do not claim criminal background checks, reference checks, or government-database identity authentication unless and where these are actually performed.
